The following three ways include methods which the working group implements its current strategies:
- Implementation
Through monthly meetings, the working group plan and managed strategy, At different times sub groups can be formed to administer and manage key strategies;
- Contracted Actions
A written brief is prepared which describes the strategy, actions, objectives and envisaged outcome and a suitable delivery agency is contracted to carry out the work.
There are two contract options used:
- Existing Groups
Existing groups with a strong record of accomplishment in delivery can be invited to make proposals for implementation;
- Tender
Interested parties are invited to submit competitive tenders. A sub committee is formed to oversee the tender process, review the written proposals, attend the meetings with applicants, and make recommendations to the working group who will make the final decision.
- Applications Directly To The Working Group
The Ballymun Partnerships Economic Development Manager can suggest initiatives and ideas to the working group for discussion leading to decisions which can move ideas forward.
