The Ballymun Trainers Network will also be there demonstrating its new on-line service where you can find out about local training courses and education programmes.
At Book Exchange we provide free books to help promote reading in the community.
Careen Doyle, a local resident had this to say about Book Exchange:
“This is a great thing. I am delighted because I go through so many books.
This way, I have great choice of books all the time”.
The Ballymun Trainers Network demonstration of its new on-line service will run from 10am-12pm midday during Book Exchange. It is an easy to use Database of local training and education courses making it easier for local training providers to reach out to the community and for individuals to find out about training opportunities on their doorstep.
If you would like donate Books to the Partnership’s Book Exchange elizabeth@ballymun.org.
