F.A.I. CLUB OPEN DAY

LES JOURNES PORTES OUVERTES DES CLUBS

F.A.I. MIEDZYKULTUROWY PROGRAM OTWARTE DNI KLUBOWE

The FAI in partnership with Ballymun Intercultural Group, are holding a Club Open Day on Sunday 5th October 2008 from 12noon to 2pm at Trinity Comprehensive School, Ballymun.

The day is open to both boys and girls from 6-13 who are either interested in playing football for the first time or wanting to improver their skills in a friendly and fun environment. The activities on the day are delivered by FAI qualified coaches from local clubs, anybody who registered for the event will receive a Club Open Day t-shirt and a certificate of participation from the FAI.

This is also an opportunity for local clubs to reach into the wider community and get involved in recruiting players of all ages from different ethnic backgrounds and creating a pathway for players to connect with and to join the club; and an opportunity for those new to Ballymun to integrate with the local community.

Refreshment will be provided.
