Employer Resource Bureau Website Launched

This Employer Resource Bureau Website contains information on Human Resource Management and some of the resources needed to manage and develop all the people management aspects of an organisation. The overall purpose of the site is to provide general and practical information on Employment Law and Practice.

The website was launch on April 17th 2007 with support from the Dublin Employment Pact and Equal Community Initiatives. It will assist employers in the community sector with potential issues with recruitment, retention, progression of staff as well as giving advice on skills shortages. It provides information, referrals, guidance and resources to employers and employees on all aspects of HR policies, practices and procedures.
