Intercultural and Anti-Racism Week Employer Breakfast Meeting March 22nd 2007

On March 22nd David Goggin, Head of Human Resources Development at Meteor Mobile Communications presented an overview of Meteor's Equality & Diversity strategy.

David highlighted the link that exists between managing equality and diversity internally and attracting and managing a diverse consumer and business market successfully in today's "Ireland". The presentation outlined Meteors relationship with Dublin Employment Pact and the work carried out on Equality with the support of the Equality Authority. It also emphasized how important it was to get buy in from the companys senior management and staff locate around Ireland. The presentation was followed by a lively Question & Answer session and some business networking.
