This seminar, hosted by Ballymun Partnership Disability Network examined how community groups could be more inclusive of people with disabilities in the Ballymun area. The seminar took place at the Axis Theatre, Main St., Ballymun, from 10.30am to 1pm on the Wednesday 21st February.

Martin Naughton and Cathy McGrath of the Disability Federation of Ireland gave a presentation on the implications of the Disability Act for community and voluntary groups. Also Patrick OLeary gave a presentation on the Equality Legislation and gave examples of successful cases that were won on Disabiltiy grounds.
Afterwards people answered questions in the workshop looking at how we can make our groups or clubs more inclusive.
