The Dublin North West Childminders Network

The Dublin North West Childminders Network meet for the first time in a meeting arranged by the Dublin North West Childcare Resource Centre as part of the Dublin City Childcare Committees Childminding Iniative. Homebased childminders from the Dublin North West areas of Ballymun, Glasnevin North, Finglas, Whitehall and Santry, who had previously used our service or participated in training for childminders provided by the Childcare Resource Centre recently, were invited to come together on Saturday 9th April to join a childminders network to support each other and to discuss the issues that effect childminders today.Thirteen childminders attended this network meeting in the Siamsa Training Centre in county Meath and agreed to develop and participate in a childminders network.

The Resource Centre and the Childminders Network welcome any interested childminders to make contact if they wish to get more information about our service or to join the network.
